Traditional Korean rice cake called “baek-seolgi” that is eaten at celebrations. The rice cake is slightly sweet and has the texture of bread and mochi combined. The chewy cake is decorated with beautiful hand piped flowers made with sweet white bean paste. The creamy bean paste flowers complement the rice cake so well.

•Rice cakes should be eaten the day it is picked up. If left over night it will get hard and will need to be steamed again. You can steam it for 15-20 minutes after removing the decoration.
